If you are under the age of 18 years, youmay not register for a User Account. By registering for a User Account, youwarrant that you are over the age of 18 years.

  1. The rantagle Services

rantagle operates the Website through which all Users are able to compare and purchase arange of products ('Goods') offered for sale by certain third parties("Merchants") as regards prices, other product specificationsand characteristics, as well as registered Users' ratings of such Merchantsand/or their products.

The Website offersan online platform allowing for the sale and purchase of Goods between Usersand Merchants ('Marketplace'). rantagle will indicate on relevantproduct pages and checkout pages when Goods are for sale by a Merchant. ThisUser Agreement governs the ordering, sale and delivery of Goods.

The Website alsoprovides links to the websites of the Merchants and may include advertising relatingto Merchants, other third parties, and their products.

Provided you areat least 18 years old, you will be able to register for a User Account, inwhich case you will be able to make use of further services and functionalityon the Website, such as being able to rate and review Merchants and/or theirproducts, order Goods on the Website, as well as being able to post comments,manuals, pictures and videos regarding various products.

To register as auser, you must provide a unique username and password and provide certaininformation and personal details to rantagle. You will need to use yourunique username and password to access the Website in order to purchase Goods.

For securitypurposes you agree to enter the correct username and password whenever orderingGoods, failing which you will be denied access.

You agree that,once the correct username and password relating to your account have beenentered, irrespective of whether the use of the username and password isunauthorised or fraudulent, you will be liable for payment of such order, savewhere the order is cancelled by you in accordance with this User Agreement. Youagree to notify rantagle immediately upon becoming aware of or reasonablysuspecting any unauthorised access to or use of your username and password andto take steps to mitigate any resultant loss or harm.

Membership on theWebsite is free. rantagle does not charge any fees for browsing, howeverwhen buying items listed for sale on the Marketplace there will be a purchaseprice and may be a delivery fee.

Note that theMerchants and products listed on the Website do not necessarily represent allsuppliers of the relevant products, or all products available, in the market,and rantagle does not guarantee that the prices, registered Users' ratingsand reviews of products and/or Merchants, or any other information specified onthe Website, are accurate or error-free. It is specifically recorded thatproduct pricing and characteristics are supplied to rantagle by theMerchants who have agreed to be listed on the Website, reviews and comments arethose of our registered Users, as submitted by them and don't reflect the viewsof rantagle, and the ratings given to any Merchants or their products arecalculated based on rating submissions made by our registered Users and are notdetermined by rantagle. rantagle also makes no guarantees as to thecontent or accuracy of any external websites to which you may be able to linkfrom the Website.

rantagle shalltake all reasonable efforts to accurately reflect the description,availability, purchase price and delivery charges of Goods on the Website.However, should there be any errors of whatsoever nature on the Website (whichare not due to our gross negligence), we shall not be liable for any loss,claim or expense relating to a transaction based on any error, save ' in thecase of any incorrect purchase price ' to the extent of refunding you for anyamount already paid, or otherwise as set out in the applicable Returns Policy.
